At Katori, we strive to ensure that you have a great experience every time you shop with us. As our products are food-based and perishable in nature, please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@katori.in or via WhatsApp at 9799954041.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • There is a quality issue that can be verified

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), and your order number.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered food items

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
